Major Scholarly Paper

For my major scholarly paper, I choose to apply Malcolm Knowles’ adult learning theory to improve geriatric rotation for rotating residents in Quebec City. You will find in the attached file the poster of this paper. I had the chance to present this poster during my second week of INTAPT, on March 3rd. It was a first experience for me! I learned a lot by creating this poster but also by talking with my teachers and colleagues about my subject.
